Yeany’s Maple is a family owned and operated maple producer located in downtown Marienville. In operation for 9 years now, they produce on average 1,000 gallons of syrup each year. Mr. Yeany tapped over 700 trees at the Riverstone Estate this year, and produced the syrup for the Maple Syrup Festival. Yeany’s will be providing all of the maple syrup and maple products for the festival this year. There will be a wide variety of maple confections to choose from including (more…)

Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts is pleased to announce the performance on Sunday April 1st of indeed another recognized world class musician, the pianist Gayle Martin Henry. She comes to Foxburg and Lincoln Hall at 2:00 PM in the midst of a mid-western tour. ARCA appreciates the significance of the quality and beauty of sound she brings to the Allegheny Clarion Valley and is enthusiastic about her appearance as part of ARCA’s upcoming Spring concerts. Pittsburgh Symphony Brass
Allegheny Riverstone Center for the Arts enthusiastically welcomes the return of Pittsburgh Symphony Brass to Foxburg. At 2:00 PM on Sunday afternoon December 11th the sound of trumpets and horns will fill the air, as the Pittsburgh Symphony Brass perform their second annual concert in the beautiful and historic Episcopal Memorial Church of Our Father, overlooking the Allegheny River Valley.
The Pittsburgh Symphony Brass players will provide a marvelous mix of sacred and festive music in the wonderful vaulted wood and stone structure now nearly one hundred and thirty years old. It was given to the Foxburg community by the Fox family, in loving memory of deceased members of their family including Sarah Lindley Fox who was only twenty-six. (more…)

Red Brick Gallery
Allegheny RiverStone Center for the Arts (ARCA), with the help of dedicated volunteers and artisans recently opened the Red Brick Gallery and Shop. It is in a charming, old building on Main Street in Foxburg. The restored building has taken on a new look with an exciting inspired use, as an Artist Cooperative. The Red Brick now displays and sells, works of local painters, photographers, and artisans.
Art works are displayed in the shop on the first floor and second floor has been readied as a gallery exhibit space for artists work on a limited basis. ARCA and the Red Brick Gallery announce the first such show. The first art show opens Saturday, November 5th with the dynamic and expanding Photographic Works of Alex Sr. and Alex Jr.Patho and the bucolic and engaging Landscapes of Jason Lewis. The Opening includes an artist reception in the Upstairs Gallery at 3:00 PM and the general public is invited. The show will run from Nov. 5th to December 23rd.
The Red Brick Gallery hopes local artists will visit the Gallery and join the co-operative. There is no paid staff, so all artists who have work on consignment in the shop commit to spend some time in the Gallery Shop. The Red Brick is currently open on weekends, Friday 3 PM to 6 PM, Saturday 12 PM to 6 PM Sunday 1 PM to 5 PM. For more information contact (more…)
