Local Talent Isaac Cole Places 3rd in Butler County Contest

Isaac Cole and Mikayla McNany performed at the 31rst annual Texaco Country Showdown Saturday June 9, 2012. America’s largest country music talent search was held at Friedman’s Freshmarkets at Point Plaza in Butler, Pennsylvania. The first place winner was Augusta Campoli, who is from the Toronto area. The second place winner was Greta Schaltenbrand of Wexford, who actually won the competition last year and the third place winner was Emlenton area’s Isaac Cole McNany. Isaac has performed in various locations locally including the Emlenton Mill and Foxburg’s Maple Syrup Festival. The winners were chosen out of 11 contestants. Mikayla also put on an excellent performance. Best of luck to both of these talent young people, I just know the future holds wonderful things for these kids.
