City of Parker

The Smallest City in the U.S.A

Officially declared as a city back in 1873, Parker has seen a history of bustling times in the late 1800\’s, followed by a quietening at the end of the 7 year long oil boom.
Now it is a small town community perched on the overlooks of the grand Allegheny River. Parker is speckled with beautiful Victorian houses amongst more modern abodes and features an array of activities for outdoors-man including water skiing, water tubing, water boarding, fishing, ATV riding, biking, hiking, and hunting.
