100% of all funds raised will be to cover the cost of medical expenses for Reagan Neal. Reagan was born April 3, 2008 with a brain injury. In 2009 she began an intensive and costly therapy program. This therapy is teaching Reagan to do things that she otherwise would not have been able to do and is specifically designed to help her brain form new patterns.
