March 16, 2013-Carnival of Souls

FOR THE IRISH IN ALL OF US: On March 16, 2013, ARCA’s spring season opened with the Irish Band Carnival of Souls, which called out the leprechauns and had everyone’s toes tapping and hearts smiling to celebrate St. Patricks Day at Lincoln Hall in Foxburg in such a lively and engaging concert at 7:00 p.m.

The local based Irish Band, Carnival of Souls, is led by Brian and Kelly Lowry and features highland pipes, bodhran drum, 12 string and bass guitar, mandolin, fiddle, accordion, and keyboard along with high spirited vocals. The band includes five talented members of the Lowry family. It is expected the highland and bagpipes will call out all the local leprechauns.

They can be heard at a variety of venues in the tri-state area, and their schedule and samples of “No Scone Unburned” can be seen and heard at www.carnivalofsouls.com.
